Start with a stable of un-raced two year olds and pit your skills against your training peers to see who can become the Champion Trainer. Along the way the horses in your stable will reveal their abilities somewhat predicated by their breeding based on real world stallions. The game offers three versions - USA/Canada, UK/Ireland, Australia/New Zealand and each version follows the racing calendar and racetracks of the respective region. Thus in the USA/Canada version, if your two year old looks promising, you can prepare him for a tilt at the Triple Crown and then onwards to the Breeders' Cup. In the UK/Ireland version the best horses head for the Epsom Derby and ending with a tilt at the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe come the first Sunday in October. The Australia/New Zealand version culminates with the running of the Caulfield Cup, Cox Plate and finally the Melbourne Cup on the first Tuesday in November.
